"

“While serving as President of my local Boy Scout Council, I had the good fortune to work with Ron Barisano as my Executive Director. Since our council is small, Ron had to be involved in all facets of the organization, including HR management of both paid and volunteer staff, budgets and finances, fund-raising and community involvement, just to name a few. Interacting with the United Way, other non-profit organizations and the news media in our area, Ron was the public face of our organization and did it well from 1997 through 2002. With his guidance, our council won several awards during that period. The highlight of my time with Ron occurred in 2000. We celebrated the 80th anniversary of Boy Scouting with an air show featuring a variety of air craft, including a Sikorsky Blackhawk. I had a great experience working with Ron”.

“Ron epitomizes the image of a true leader. His willingness to work with the "new kid" resulted in one of the most successful fund-raising campaigns the Southern New Jersey Council has ever experienced. Ron not only knows how to be successful, he is willing to share his expertise and help those who work with him succeeds as well.”

Walt Martin

"I worked with Ron in a volunteer capacity at a nonprofit agency in the past. He was the manager of the organization at the time. He provided a high degree of leadership to the organization as well as his full dedication to his work. He treated his staff well as well as all the volunteers in the organization. He enforced the organizations policy and was very fair while maintaining his high standards and ethics. He and the organization always made it targets and goals for that year. He was a solid performer who was well liked in his tenure in that position.”
